Identity

The Consolation school of Our Lady of Consolation of Ciutadella is a full-day charter school providing 3 levels of education: Preschool, Primary and Secondary. We offer families a well-rounded education based on Christian values, carrying on the message of our foundress, Saint Maria Rosa Molas through the sisters and teachers of Consolation.

WE EDUCATE OUR STUDENTS BY GIVING THEM THE TOOLS TO BE WELL EDUCATED RESPECTABLE CITIZENS THAT ARE ABLE TO LIVE TOGETHER AND ENGAGE IN SOCIETY.

The different teams and commissions: Pastoral, Guidance, Quality, Linguistics, Innovation, Environment, Coexistence, each one whom trough their own perspective together with the unified vision of our school help make this challenge a reality.

Our school offers the three educational levels of Compulsory Education:

• Preschool Education, from 3 to 5 years old.

• Primary Education, from 6 to 11 years old.

• Secondary Education, from 12 to 15 years old.

Our school of Our Lady of Consolation, has its origins in the educational work started by Saint Maria Rosa Molas, Foundress of the Sisters of Consolation.

M. Rosa made an effort for children and young people to know Jesus Christ and receive a fundamental education that would help them get the best out of themselves and be of service to others.

As she said, in our school we try to educate:

  • Meeting the educational needs of current times, that is, updating our teaching constantly in permanent search of the best quality teaching.

Train in science and virtue, promoting not only cognitive development but also values, attitudes, feelings and emotions.

Based on a family environment, in a welcoming climate with simplicity and open communication, where the educational community plays a decisive role.

• And as, Consolation school, we seek to build this new humanity that we all dream of.

For this reason, our educational proposal is consolidated on the basis of a Christian education and the Global Educational Pact proposed by Pope Francis, making the student the center of the entire educational process, enhancing their abilities, in order to grow as mature people.

We seek that our students have their own criteria, assume responsibilities and are capable of making appropriate decisions that enable them to choose freely. We encourage a fraternal and supportive attitude towards others and that they can contribute to the society in which they live in.
