The 1st-year ESO students have worked on the topic of minerals and rocks as part of the secondary school geology curriculum.

After learning about the different characteristics of rocks and minerals, they spent several sessions researching the features and particularities of the eight most representative rocks of Menorca and how to distinguish them: Pedra gravosa, pedra esmoladora, llosella, conglomerat, pedra del Toro, pedra viva, marès i gres gris.
